The Jerry Gunner Community Betterment Scholarship Fund

Everyone has a dream. A vision of where they see themselves in the future. For most, that involves continuing education beyond high school. Maybe it’s a college or university. Maybe a trade school. And perhaps some kids are forced to delay or abandon their dreams due to a lack of funding.

The Jerry Gunner Scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors who not only show excellence in learning but also take an interest in strengthening the community around them. Each year, we give away thousands of dollars to deserving students who have shown a dedication to improving the world around them.

These scholarships are available to graduating seniors of Medina County, Ohio, schools. Applications are available through the Medina Odd Fellows or through the school’s portal system.
